Vice President - Manufacturing Ops - Executive Package

Description :	Vice Preseident for Manufacturing Operations based in Germany - Executive Package on offer. The Client: Highly established business that develops radio frequency technology enabling, optimized on-site solutions for mobile wireless infrastructure. The Role: To define, implement and manage production processes with subcontractors. Manage all manufacturing subcontractors, to include wafer foundaries and CM's. Develop processes and metrics to track subcontractor performance and set performance targets. Define, implement and manage all production forecasting, track accuracy and set leadtime and inventory targets. Define and implement systems to track production costs along with cost reduction roadmaps. Yield analysis, yield improvement and cost reduction with product management. Build vendor management programme and production support organisation. Your Background: Experience working within a major communications OEM with responsibility for all aspects of production. In-depth knowledge of production process, to include production of RF products and managing external subcontractors. Production forecasting. Proven ability to build and lead an organization.
